- What will the method of shipping for my order be? Orders will ship either UPS, FedEx , or US Postal by way of standard ground depending on the manufacture it is shipping from. When your order ships, you will receive email confirmation with tracking number which would have the shipping method on it.
- How will I know when my order has shipped? When shipped you will receive an email within 48 hours.
- How long will my order take to ship? Orders take up to 7 to 10 business days
- My order was partial shipped; Why? If the order had more than one manufacture the products will be shipped separately.
- When will my payment be processed? Payments will be charged at the time that the order is processes and sent to the manufacturer for fulfillment. Orders are not processed until the payment has cleared. If payment does not clear you will be notified by email and order placed on hold.
- What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal
- Is my personal information safe? We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your information is kept confidential and given to only the person completing your order.
- What are your hours of business? Our website is open for purchases 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer service is available Monday-Friday 8a-5p cst
- How can I cancel my order after it has already been placed? Since we process our orders immediately upon receiving then therefore we are only able to cancel if it has not shipped otherwise you must contact us upon delivery to return.
